  • Our subscription services are billed on a recurring basis as specified during the subscription process. Payment is required in advance for each billing cycle.

B. Refund Eligibility

Subscription Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription within the first 3 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period. During this period, you must not use any of the service / feature of the portal.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Charges for Pay-per-use services, are non-refundable.

Technical Issues:

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, please contact our support team. Refunds for technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Promotional Offers:
